Kansas Basketball Recruiting: Jayhawks Land Four-Star Forward Bryson Tiller

Top-100 Forward Commits to Kansas

The Kansas Jayhawks basketball program has added another piece to their highly touted 2024 recruiting class, securing a commitment from four-star forward Bryson Tiller.

Tiller, a 6-foot-8 forward from Sunrise Christian Academy in Bel Aire, Kansas, is ranked 42nd overall in the 2024 ESPN 100.

He chose Kansas over offers from several top programs, including Arkansas, Auburn, Baylor, and Michigan.

Tiller's Strengths and Impact

Tiller is a versatile forward with a well-rounded skillset.

He is an excellent shooter with a smooth stroke, a strong rebounder with a high basketball IQ, and a solid defender with good lateral movement.

He is expected to contribute immediately for the Jayhawks, providing depth and athleticism to the frontcourt.

Jayhawks' No. 1 Class Nears Completion

With Tiller's commitment, Kansas now has five players in their 2024 recruiting class, all of whom are ranked among the top 100 in the ESPN 100.

The class is currently ranked No. 1 in the nation by 247Sports and Rivals.

If the Jayhawks can add a few more top recruits, they could have their best recruiting class in recent memory.

Tiller's Potential Role

Tiller is expected to play a significant role for Kansas next season.

He could start at power forward or come off the bench as a key reserve.

With his versatility and athleticism, he could also be used as a small forward or center in certain situations.
