Indianapolis Colts Tackle Bernhard Raimann to Miss Week 11

The Indianapolis Colts announced on Friday that starting left tackle Bernhard Raimann has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the New York Jets due to a back injury.

Raimann, a second-year player out of Central Michigan, has started all nine games for the Colts this season and has been a key part of an offensive line that has helped running back Jonathan Taylor lead the NFL in rushing yards.

Matt Pryor Expected to Start at Left Tackle

With Raimann out, Matt Pryor is expected to start at left tackle against the Jets.

Pryor, a six-year veteran, has started 34 games in his career, including 10 for the Colts last season.

The Colts will also be without starting right tackle Braden Smith, who is on injured reserve with a foot injury.

Raimann's Injury a Blow to Colts' Offensive Line

Raimann's injury is a blow to the Colts' offensive line, which has been one of the team's strengths this season.

The Colts are currently ranked seventh in the NFL in rushing yards per game and are tied for eighth in sacks allowed.

The Jets, meanwhile, are ranked 20th in the NFL in sacks per game and have forced 18 turnovers this season, which is tied for third-most in the league.
