UFC 310 adds grappler’s delight with Kron Gracie vs. Bryce Mitchell
Kron Gracie to make long-awaited return against Bryce Mitchell at UFC 310
Kron Gracie will face Bryce Mitchell at UFC 310 on June 20, 2021. The bout was first reported by Combate and later confirmed by sources close to the promotion. Gracie, a fourth-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, made his UFC debut in February 2019 and has since gone 1-1 in the promotion. He is the son of legendary UFC Hall of Famer Rickson Gracie and the nephew of Royce Gracie, who is considered one of the pioneers of the sport.
Mitchell will be looking to continue his impressive winning streak
Mitchell, a black belt in Judo, is undefeated in his professional MMA career with a record of 13-0. He has finished all but one of his opponents, including six by submission. Mitchell is coming off a unanimous decision win over Charles Rosa at UFC 257 in January 2021. This fight is expected to be a clash of styles, with Gracie looking to use his jiu-jitsu to submit Mitchell, while Mitchell will try to keep the fight standing and use his wrestling to take Gracie down and out muscle him.
