Titans Elevate DB Daryl Worley & C Corey Levin
Tennessee Titans Make Roster Moves
The Tennessee Titans have announced several roster moves, including elevating safety Daryl Worley and long snapper Corey Levin from the practice squad to the active roster. Safety Josh Thompson was released to make room for Worley on the 53-man roster.
Daryl Worley's Career and Stats
Worley, 27, has appeared in 66 career games with 54 starts for the Carolina Panthers, Philadelphia Eagles, Las Vegas Raiders, and Buffalo Bills. He has recorded 201 tackles, seven interceptions, 29 pass breakups, three forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries. Worley started 10 games for the Bills in 2022, registering 51 tackles and four pass breakups.
Corey Levin's Career and Stats
Levin, 29, has played in 71 career games with 69 starts for the Tennessee Titans, Jacksonville Jaguars, and New England Patriots. He has been named to the Pro Bowl twice, in 2017 and 2020, and was a second-team All-Pro selection in 2017. Levin has not played in a game this season due to a knee injury.
Impact on Titans Roster
The elevation of Worley and Levin provides the Titans with added depth in the secondary and on special teams. Worley is expected to contribute as a backup safety, while Levin will take over the long-snapping duties from veteran Morgan Cox, who is currently on injured reserve.
