Sweden defeats Georgia 3-0 to lift UEFA U19 Championship
A dominant display by Sweden helped them to a 3-0 victory over Georgia in the final of the 2024 UEFA European Under-19 Championship in Slovakia.
Goals from Emil Roback, Willhelm Loeper, and Johan Ludvigsson sealed the win for Sweden.
Sweden started the brighter of the two teams and took the lead after just 10 minutes when Roback fired home from close range after a cross from the left.
Georgia tried to respond, but they were unable to create any clear-cut chances, and Sweden doubled their lead just before half-time when Loeper headed home a corner.
