Residents of Khakassia ordered to be kind and give flowers today

The head of the Republic of Khakassia, Valentin Konovalov, signed a decree obliging residents of the region to be kind and give flowers to friends, colleagues, and even strangers on February 17. "On this day, every resident of Khakassia must give at least one flower to loved ones, friends, colleagues, and even strangers. Let's fill our republic with kindness and a festive atmosphere," the decree says.
