Offensive Tackle to Miss Third Straight Contest With Knee Injury

Los Angeles Rams offensive tackle Joe Noteboom has been ruled out for the team's Week 11 matchup against the New Orleans Saints, the Rams announced Saturday.

Noteboom suffered a knee injury in the Rams' Week 8 loss to the San Francisco 49ers and has not played since. He was initially listed as day-to-day, but the Rams have now ruled him out for a third straight game.

The Rams are already without starting left tackle Andrew Whitworth, who is on injured reserve with a knee injury. Noteboom's absence will leave the Rams with a depleted offensive line against a Saints defense that has recorded 20 sacks this season.

Noteboom is a key part of the Rams' offensive line and his absence will be a major blow to the team. The Rams will need to find a way to protect quarterback Matthew Stafford and open up running lanes for running back Cam Akers without Noteboom in the lineup.

The Rams are currently 7-3 and in first place in the NFC West. They will look to extend their lead in the division when they host the Saints on Sunday.
