Havertz Scores 20th Goal for Germany
Chelsea midfielder Kai Havertz scored his 20th goal for Germany in a 3-3 draw against England on Monday.
The 23-year-old scored Germany's second goal of the game in the 67th minute, leveling the score at 2-2.
Havertz has now scored 20 goals in 32 appearances for Germany, making him the youngest player to reach that milestone for his country.
He is also the first Chelsea player to score 20 goals for Germany since Michael Ballack in 2010.
Havertz's goal against England was a well-taken finish, as he controlled a long pass from Joshua Kimmich before firing a low shot into the bottom corner.
The goal was Havertz's third in his last four games for Germany, and he will be hoping to continue his good form when they face Italy in the Nations League on Tuesday.
Havertz has been in excellent form for Chelsea this season, scoring six goals in 13 Premier League appearances.
He has also played a key role in Chelsea's Champions League campaign, scoring two goals in the group stage.
Havertz is one of the most exciting young players in world football, and he will be hoping to continue his impressive form for both club and country in the coming months.
