Continuation of Nations League on November 16th: full schedule of Saturday matches
About Nations League
The Nations League is an international association football competition contested by the senior men's national teams of the 55 member associations of UEFA. The competition was approved by UEFA's Executive Committee on 25 September 2014, and was played for the first time in 2018–19.
The competition is intended to replace most international friendly matches, and is designed to give teams more competitive matches, and to help smaller nations improve their FIFA World Ranking.
The Nations League is divided into four divisions, with the top division containing the 12 highest-ranked teams in UEFA. The teams are divided into four groups of three, and each team plays two matches against each of the other teams in their group. The winners of each group qualify for the Nations League Finals, which is a knockout tournament held in June.
