Montana Grizzlies

Montana will be looking to bounce back from a disappointing 2022 season in which they finished 8-5 and missed out on the FCS playoffs.

The Grizzlies return a lot of talent on both sides of the ball, including quarterback Lucas Johnson, running back Xavier Harris, and wide receiver Malik Flowers.

They also have a new head coach in Bobby Hauck, who is returning for his second stint with the program.

Montana State Bobcats

Montana State is coming off a magical 2022 season in which they went 12-2 and won the FCS national championship.

The Bobcats return a lot of key players from that team, including quarterback Tommy Mellott, running back Isaiah Ifanse, and wide receiver Lance McCutcheon.

They will be looking to repeat as national champions in 2023.

Washington State Cougars

Washington State is looking to build on a successful 2022 season in which they finished 7-6 and played in the Jimmy Kimmel LA Bowl.

The Cougars return a lot of talent on both sides of the ball, including quarterback Cameron Ward, running back Nakia Watson, and wide receiver Renard Bell.

They will be looking to reach a bowl game for the second consecutive season in 2023.

Eastern Washington Eagles

Eastern Washington is looking to bounce back from a disappointing 2022 season in which they finished 4-7 and missed out on the FCS playoffs.

The Eagles return a lot of talent on both sides of the ball, including quarterback Gunner Talkington, running back Micah Smith, and wide receiver Talolo Limu-Jones.

They will be looking to return to the FCS playoffs in 2023.

Idaho Vandals

Idaho is looking to build on a successful 2022 season in which they finished 7-5 and played in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl.

The Vandals return a lot of talent on both sides of the ball, including quarterback Gevani McCoy, running back Elisha Cummings, and wide receiver Jermaine Jackson.

They will be looking to reach a bowl game for the second consecutive season in 2023.
